StarSeedSoul is operated by Olesia Popova (Alexandra) as an individual. There is no company and no team. We provide digital products, online tools, and live events including soul origin readings, audio activations, relationship guides, workshops, and personal sessions.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Through Our Payment Processors
Purchases are processed by Gumroad Inc. Some purchases are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, the payment processor collects and processes your payment information, email address, and transaction data. We receive your email address in order to deliver your purchased product, provide customer support, and send you updates about new StarSeedSoul products and events.
You may opt out of these emails at any time by contacting us at timsocion@gmail.com.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. These are handled entirely by the payment processor.

2.2 Through Telegram Bot
When you open our Telegram bot (@SeedSoulTest_bot), we store your Telegram ID, username, first and last name and language setting, the answers you tap in the bot, and, if you take the Origin Scan from the bot, your Origin result. We use them to deliver the free guide, to send you a few follow-up messages about where you are in your connection, and to send TwinF notifications if you use the app through Telegram.
Blocking the bot stops all messages from it. To delete this data, write to timsocion@gmail.com.

2.3 Through Cal.com and Calendly (Session Booking)
When you book a personal reading session, scheduling is handled through Cal.com or Calendly. Both collect your name, email address, and time zone in order to facilitate the booking. We receive this information to confirm and conduct your session.

2.3.1 Through the Question Form
When you send a question through the form on the Portal page, your name (optional), email address, and question are delivered to our inbox by email through our email provider, Resend. We use them only to answer you personally. They are not stored in our database and not added to any mailing list.
2.4 Through Your Account and the Quizzes
Parts of this website let you create an account, take a quiz, receive a reading, build a profile, and connect with other members. This data is stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase on servers located in the United States.
Depending on which parts you use, this may include:
- Your email address and login credentials
- Your quiz answers and the reading generated from them
- Your profile details and any photo you upload
- Your likes, matches, and the messages you send inside the platform
Messages you send to other members are visible to those members. We can access this data as the operator of the platform, and we access it only to run the service, provide support, and respond to reports of abuse.
You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by writing to timsocion@gmail.com.

2.4.1 Oli, the AI Guide
Oli is an AI guide, not a person. You can talk to Oli in the TwinF app or on her own page, twinfrequency.io/oli; both are the same conversation, kept in the same account. On her own page Oli asks for your agreement before anything you write is sent to the AI, and you can delete your account yourself from the menu there.
When you write to Oli, or mention @Oli in a circle, your message and the recent messages of that conversation are sent to OpenAI, which generates Oli's reply. OpenAI processes this data on our behalf on servers in the United States. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train its models.
So that a conversation can continue over time, Oli remembers a few things you choose to share: how you refer to the people you talk about, their Origin if you name it or find it together with Oli, and short notes about what you told her. When you ask Oli for a relationship reading, your request, your name and the two Origins are passed to Alexandra so she can prepare it personally.
Messages to Oli are also checked automatically for signs that someone may be in danger. In that case Oli replies with information about where to find immediate help instead of a reading.
All of this is stored in our database together with your account and is deleted when your account is deleted. You can also ask us to delete only what Oli remembers by writing to timsocion@gmail.com.
2.4.2 Oli Safety
Oli is an AI companion made for adults aged 18 and over. Oli is an AI, and this is said on the login page, in the agreement before the first message and in Oli's first message.
Crisis protocol. Every message to Oli is checked for signs of suicidal thoughts, self-harm or danger from another person, both by a list of phrases and by an automatic moderation model that reads every language. When such signs appear, Oli sends a prepared message instead of an AI reply. It points to the local emergency number, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US (call or text), Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, and findahelpline.com for free, confidential lines in every other country. This works in private chats and in circles, and also before a person has agreed to the AI.
Under 18. Before the first conversation on Oli's page, a person confirms they are 18 or older. If someone tells Oli they are under 18, Oli ends the conversation with a prepared message that points them to a trusted adult and to help lines, and answers any later message the same way.
What we count. To report to the California Office of Suicide Prevention as the law requires, we count how many of these prepared messages were sent, by date only, with no names, accounts or message text.
Oli supports reflection on relationships. For medical or psychological care, please reach a qualified professional.
2.5 Through Forms
When you register for a live workshop or event, or send us a request through a form on the website, we collect your name and email address along with anything you choose to write. Some of these forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms. This information is used solely to answer you and to communicate event details.

2.6 Partner Program Applications
When you apply to the Partner Program on the partners page, we collect your name, email address, main platform, username, a link to your page, your audience size, your preferred payout method, and anything you choose to write. The form is processed by our Supabase backend and delivered to our inbox by Resend. We use this information to review your application, communicate with you, and run the program.
If you become a partner, we also keep the payout details you give us (your PayPal email or Wise account details), your promo code, and a record of the readings purchased with it and the payouts made to you. Purchases are counted by code only: partners receive no personal information about the people who use their code.
2.7 Cookies, Analytics, and the Website Itself
Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may retain standard server logs as part of its hosting infrastructure.
We use the following measurement tools:
- Meta Pixel. Most pages of this website load the Meta Pixel. It uses cookies and tells Meta that you visited a given page and which actions you took there, such as opening a quiz or clicking through to a purchase. Meta may use this to show you our content later. If your browser is set to a time zone in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Meta Pixel loads only after you press Accept in the cookie banner, and your choice is remembered in your browser. You can also control this in your Meta account settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
- Google Analytics 4. The Clarity Session page uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, clicks, and completed bookings. It is configured to store nothing on your device, so it sets no cookies and does not recognise you across visits.
Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and some code libraries from public content delivery networks. These providers receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving those files.
Booking and payment pages are provided by Cal.com, Calendly, Gumroad, and Stripe, which set their own cookies once you interact with them.
2.8 Direct Communication
If you contact us by email, Instagram, Telegram, or any other channel, we retain that correspondence in order to respond to you and provide support.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we receive only for the following purposes:
- To deliver your purchased digital product
- To confirm and conduct your booked session or event registration
- To respond to your questions or support requests
- To run the account and community features you choose to use
- To let Oli, our AI guide, answer your messages and remember the context you share with her
- To send you updates about new StarSeedSoul products and events (email only, opt-out available at any time)
- To measure how the website is used, so we can see which pages and which links actually help people
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your email address, account data, and booking information for as long as you remain a customer, a member, or a subscriber. Partner Program records, including payout records, are kept while you are a partner and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

5. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data

- If you are in the EU: the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. TwinF and Oli are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
