StarSeedSoul is operated by Olesya Popova as an individual. There is no company and no team. We provide digital products, online tools, and live events including soul origin readings, audio activations, relationship guides, workshops, and personal sessions.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Through Our Payment Processors
Purchases are processed by Gumroad Inc. Some purchases are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, the payment processor collects and processes your payment information, email address, and transaction data. We receive your email address in order to deliver your purchased product, provide customer support, and send you updates about new StarSeedSoul products and events.
You may opt out of these emails at any time by contacting us at timsocion@gmail.com.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. These are handled entirely by the payment processor.

2.2 Through Telegram Bot
When you interact with our Telegram bot (@SeedSoulTest_bot) to receive a free PDF, your Telegram username is visible to us through the Telegram platform. We do not store or process this data beyond what is necessary to deliver the requested file.

2.3 Through Calendly (Session Booking)
When you book a personal reading session, scheduling is handled through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, and time zone in order to facilitate the booking. We receive this information to confirm and conduct your session.

2.4 Through Your Account and the Quizzes
Parts of this website let you create an account, take a quiz, receive a reading, build a profile, and connect with other members. This data is stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase on servers located in the United States.
Depending on which parts you use, this may include:
- Your email address and login credentials
- Your quiz answers and the reading generated from them
- Your profile details and any photo you upload
- Your likes, matches, and the messages you send inside the platform
Messages you send to other members are visible to those members. We can access this data as the operator of the platform, and we access it only to run the service, provide support, and respond to reports of abuse.
You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by writing to timsocion@gmail.com.

2.5 Through Forms
When you register for a live workshop or event, or send us a request through a form on the website, we collect your name and email address along with anything you choose to write. Some of these forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms. This information is used solely to answer you and to communicate event details.

2.6 Cookies, Analytics, and the Website Itself
Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may retain standard server logs as part of its hosting infrastructure.
We use the following measurement tools:
- Meta Pixel. Most pages of this website load the Meta Pixel. It uses cookies and tells Meta that you visited a given page and which actions you took there, such as opening a quiz or clicking through to a purchase. Meta may use this to show you our content later. You can control this in your Meta account settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
- Google Analytics 4. The Clarity Session page uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, clicks, and completed bookings. It is configured to store nothing on your device, so it sets no cookies and does not recognise you across visits.
Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and some code libraries from public content delivery networks. These providers receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving those files.
Booking and payment pages are provided by Calendly, Gumroad, and Stripe, which set their own cookies once you interact with them.
2.7 Direct Communication
If you contact us by email, Instagram, Telegram, or any other channel, we retain that correspondence in order to respond to you and provide support.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we receive only for the following purposes:
- To deliver your purchased digital product
- To confirm and conduct your booked session or event registration
- To respond to your questions or support requests
- To run the account and community features you choose to use
- To send you updates about new StarSeedSoul products and events (email only, opt-out available at any time)
- To measure how the website is used, so we can see which pages and which links actually help people
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your email address, account data, and booking information for as long as you remain a customer, a member, or a subscriber. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
