1. Joining the Program
Anyone aged 18 or over may apply through the partners page. We review every application personally and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Once accepted, you receive a unique promo code. Your code gives your audience 10% off the Full Origin Reading at Gumroad checkout.
2. Your Earnings
You earn a flat $6 for every qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is a Full Origin Reading bought with your code that stays paid.
The following purchases do not qualify:
- Purchases that are refunded or charged back
- Purchases made by you, for you, or with your own payment details
- Purchases made without your code. Your code is the only way a purchase is counted for you
- Test purchases, and purchases linked to any breach of these Partner Terms
- Other products, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing
If the price of the Full Origin Reading or the amount you earn changes, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. Earnings from purchases made before the change stay as they were.
3. Payouts
We pay on the 11th of every month for all qualifying purchases of the previous calendar month. If the 11th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is made on the next business day. Before each payout you receive a short statement with the number of qualifying purchases and your amount.
Payouts are sent by PayPal or Wise to an account in your own name. Please keep your payout details accurate. We pay our side of the transfer fee; fees charged by your own PayPal or Wise account, or by currency conversion, are yours.
If a purchase is refunded after it was paid out, we may deduct that amount from your next payout.
4. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings in your country. We may ask you for tax information where the law requires it before we pay you.
5. Clear Disclosure
Every time you share your code, you must clearly tell your audience that you earn money from it. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and by similar rules in many other countries.
- Place the disclosure close to your code, where people see it before they buy
- Use plain words, for example: "I earn a commission if you use my code." or #ad / #partner
- In videos and lives, say it out loud as well as in the caption
- Use the paid partnership tools of your platform where they exist
6. How You May Share
Speak honestly and from your own experience. The Origin Scanner and the Full Origin Reading are tools for self-reflection and self-discovery.
You agree not to:
- Promise specific outcomes, or present the readings as medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or buy followers, clicks, or engagement to promote your code
- Publish your code on coupon or deal websites
- Run paid search ads on the name "Starseed Soul" or close variations of it
- Present yourself as Starseed Soul or Alexandra, or create websites, accounts, or pages using our name
- Invent reviews, testimonials, results, deadlines, or scarcity
- Make income promises when inviting others into the program
- Direct your promotion at people under 18
7. Our Name and Materials
While you are a partner, you may use the Starseed Soul name, the Origin Scanner link, and the materials from your content kit to promote your code. You may adapt the materials to your style as long as their meaning stays accurate. The system, the readings, and the content kit remain our intellectual property. When your participation ends, please remove your code from active promotion.
8. Partner Features
If we feature you on our partner page or social pages, you allow us to show your name, username, link, and profile image for that purpose. You may ask us to remove the feature at any time.
9. Partner Gifts
When you apply, you receive a free code for your own Full Origin Reading. After your first 10 qualifying purchases you receive a Compatibility Reading for you and a person of your choice. Gifts are personal and have no cash value.
10. Our Relationship
You take part as an independent partner. These Partner Terms create no employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship, and you cannot make commitments on behalf of Starseed Soul.
11. Personal Data
We use your application and payout details only to run the program, as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchases are counted by code only, so you receive no personal information about the people who use your code.
12. Ending Participation
You may leave the program at any time by email. We may end your participation at any time, and immediately in case of a breach of these Partner Terms. Qualifying purchases made before the end are paid in the next regular payout, except purchases linked to a breach.
13. Liability and Governing Law
The program is offered as it is. The limitation of liability and governing law sections of our Terms of Service also apply to these Partner Terms.
14. Changes to These Partner Terms
We may update these Partner Terms. We will email partners about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to share your code after that date means you accept the updated terms.
